I can't begin to say enough about their service. We had an issue and called them at 12pm, 2 days before Christmas, and by 5pm we were back up and running. Don't know of many places that would do that. Will highly recommend them and only use them in the future.

I had to have the line from my meter to the tap replaced. Two crews came out. One crew to dig and connect, the other crew to bore the line into the basement. These guys did an awesome job! My water was only off for a couple of hours. I am 100% satisfied with the job they did. I would definitely recommend Alternative Plumbing Plus.

Called on Monday afternoon because the water company turned off my water due to a leak on my side. I spoke with Heather and told her Nate Bomyea referred Mark to me. (With speaking with her I got a sense of relief due to her helpfulness.) She said she will contact him and let me know and see when he could come out. She called back and said he will be out this afternoon, and she will call to let me know that he was on his way. (Which she did.) Mark arrived & was very professional and explained in detail step by step what was going to happen. The crew showed up and did what they said they were going to do, and Bobby made sure I was good with the clean up before they left. It's Wednesday now and I have water thanks to this amazing team of people.

Highly recommend this company! They did an EXCELLENT job on a brand new water line for me, at a very great and fair price! About a week later I noticed that the water pressure wasn't coming out strong, so they sent Cody out to check on it and he was able to fix the issue super fast and didn't even charge me since they had just come out recently to do the water line. Highly recommend them. They are fair, honest, and do great work. You won't be disappointed by choosing them for all your plumbing needs.
